Draftbox Legal
Payments and Cancellations Policy
This policy explains how Draftbox handles paid subscriptions, one-time add-ons, automatic renewal, scheduled cancellation, immediate cancellation during account deletion, and refund handling.
Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. Paid Products
Draftbox may offer recurring paid subscriptions and one-time paid add-ons. The currently supported one-time add-ons may include extra usage capacity such as lift power, storage, or indexing capacity, depending on the plan and product configuration in effect at the time of purchase.
Some AI-assisted features may also incur usage-based overage charges. These charges are measured inside Draftbox and billed through Stripe according to the active pricing configuration.
2. Payment Processing
Draftbox uses Stripe to process subscription payments and one-time purchases. Payment method details are collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
Draftbox may meter AI usage and reconcile usage-based charges internally before creating invoice items or subscription charges in Stripe. The final charge is billed through Stripe with invoices or recurring subscriptions as applicable.
Draftbox may store limited payment and subscription metadata needed to operate billing features, such as Stripe customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, purchased price identifiers, subscription status, renewal dates, scheduled cancellation dates, invoice item and invoice references, and transaction metadata.
3. Subscription Start and Renewal
Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance for the active billing period and renew automatically until canceled. One-time add-ons are billed at the time of purchase and do not renew unless explicitly offered and purchased again.
4. Cancel-at-Period-End Policy
If you cancel an active subscription from the billing settings, Draftbox schedules the cancellation for the end of the current billing period. Your paid subscription remains active until that period ends unless a separate immediate-cancellation flow applies.
If the subscription is still active and the scheduled end date has not been reached, you may remove the scheduled cancellation from the billing settings and continue automatic renewal.
5. Account Deletion and Immediate Cancellation
If you delete your Draftbox account through the supported account deletion flow, Draftbox attempts to cancel any active paid subscription immediately as part of that deletion workflow.
Draftbox also attempts to delete owned stored files before removing the account record. If stored-file cleanup cannot be completed, the account deletion does not finish successfully and may need to be retried.
6. Refunds
Draftbox does not provide automatic prorated refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, voluntary early cancellation, or account deletion, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe a charge was made in error, was duplicated, or was otherwise unauthorized, contact support@fixpro.gr. Draftbox may review refund requests individually where legally required or where a clear billing error is confirmed.
7. Failed Payments and Billing Changes
If a recurring payment fails, Draftbox and Stripe may retry the charge according to the applicable billing configuration. Draftbox may limit, downgrade, or suspend access to paid features if an active subscription is no longer in good standing.
Draftbox may change plan pricing, add-on pricing, or plan structure in the future. Material billing changes will be reflected in updated product pricing or policy disclosures before they apply to new purchases or renewals, where required.
8. Taxes and Billing Information
You are responsible for providing accurate billing details, including business and tax information where requested. Taxes may be charged where required by law.
