Share your work, invite collaborators, and work together on Workspaces, drafts, and decisions.
On Free, you can share Workspaces in view-only mode. Others can see your content but cannot edit, comment, or interact with AI features. Perfect for sharing read-only reports or portfolios.
On Pro and above, you get full sharing capabilities. Invite collaborators who can edit, comment, chat with Aura AI, and contribute to drafts and decisions. You control permissions per person.
Each plan has a maximum number of active collaborators per Workspace: Free = 0 (view-only), Pro = 1, Business = 10, Scientist = 5, Scientist Team = 100, Enterprise = unlimited. Collaborators are people you've invited to actively work on a Workspace with you.
On Scientist Team, billing is based on seats (minimum 5). Each seat gets its own 50M Lift Power allocation plus access to all team features. Add or remove seats anytime — billing adjusts automatically.
